Registering the OcuTrap

You need to be logged into OcuTrap.com and have the POD with you in order to register.

First-time registration

You need to be logged in to OcuTrap.com and have the POD with you in order to register.

  1. Locate the POD for the OcuTrap you wish to register.

  2. Open the POD and locate the serial number and QR code on the top of the device.

  3. On your device, account -> add trap

  4. You will be prompted to enter the serial number or scan the QR code

  5. Select a plan which will default to the payment method on file or you will be prompted to enter new payment information

  6. Once you complete the process, the new trap will appear in your dashboard

Transferring ownership

  1. Locate the POD for the OcuTrap you wish to register.

  2. Open the POD and locate the serial number and QR code on the top of the device.

  3. Unregister the trap on the existing account

  4. On your device and the account you wish to transfer the trap to, account -> add trap

  5. You will be prompted to enter the serial number or scan the QR code

  6. Select a plan which will default to the payment method on file or you will be prompted to enter new payment information

  7. Once you complete the process, the new trap will appear in your dashboard
