You can permanently delete your OcuTrap account from the web app or the mobile app. Deletion cannot be undone.

Warning: Deleting your account permanently deletes your owned traps and their data, removes sharing access, and removes you from organizations (where allowed). It cannot be undone.

Before you start

  1. Cancel active trap subscriptions in Billing. The app blocks account deletion while you still own an active or trialing subscription.
  2. If you are the only owner (or the billing owner) of an organization, transfer ownership or delete that organization first. The app will block deletion until those orgs are resolved.

What deletion does

When you confirm deletion, OcuTrap will:

  • Permanently delete traps you own, including captures/images, settings, vitals, and location history for those traps
  • Remove sharing access — revoke shares you granted to others, and remove you from traps that were shared with you
  • Remove your organization memberships (after the owner/billing guards above are satisfied)
  • Permanently delete your account and sign you out

It does not cancel Stripe subscriptions for you — cancel those in Billing first.
