Bug reporting
Report a bug straight from the web or mobile app so your account, version, and screen come with it. Email and chat options too.
The fastest way to report a bug is from inside the OcuTrap app — your report goes straight to our team along with the details we need to reproduce the issue (your account email, app version, and the page or screen you were on).
On the web app (app.ocutrap.com): click Report a bug at the bottom of the left sidebar, describe what went wrong and what you expected to happen, and click Send report.
On the mobile app: open the Settings tab, go to Help & Support, tap Report a bug, describe the issue, and tap Send report.
We'll follow up by email if we need more detail.
You can also report bugs by emailing support@ocutrap.com. Include a detailed bug description, reproduction steps, and any relevant visuals. Explain what you expected to happen and what actually did. Your detailed feedback helps improve our service.
